SHIPPING

We can’t wait for you to receive your Atelier 45 48 order! Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping policies so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. Atelier 45 48 is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only to the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100, shipping within the Netherlands is €3.95 and shipping to Belgium is €5.95.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.
  • You will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items following the guidelines below.

Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn and undamaged. 
  • Include your order number in the return package. Returns without an order number cannot be processed.

Processing Returns

  • To initiate a return, please email us at klantenservice@atelier4548.com to register your return.
  • Once your request has been received, we will provide you with a return shipping label after the return shipping costs have been paid.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2–4 weeks via the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
