SHIPPING

We can’t wait for you to receive your Atelier 45 48 order! Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping policies so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. Atelier 45 48 is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship only to the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Free shipping only on orders over €100, shipping within the Netherlands is €3.95 and shipping to Belgium is €5.95.

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 business days after your order has been processed. In some cases, delays may occur due to carrier-related circumstances.
  • You will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items following the guidelines below.

Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of use
  • Items include the original hangtag
  • Items are free from any strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor
  • Items are returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any gifts received with purchase
  • Returns have been initiated via info@atelier4548.com

Processing Returns

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@atelier4548.com to register your return. Please include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for your return
  • Once your return request has been received, you will receive a payment link to for the return shipping costs. After payment has been completed, you will receive your return shipping label.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks via the original payment method.

Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The Netherlands

  • Letterbox package: €3.95
  • Standard package: €6.95

Belgium

  • Letterbox package: €5.95
  • Standard package: €9.95

Please Note

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
